Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme 2024
This scheme is started for clearing all the tax-related disputes in the country. There are 4.83 lakh tax-related cases pending in the country’s courts worth more than 9.32 lakh crore rupees.
In which that money is stuck which is for the betterment and the development of the country. The advantage of this scheme is only for those persons whose tax-related cases are pending in any foram.

Just under a year, this scheme is already cleared the 1,25,144 tax-related cases in the country. And from this 97,000 crore rupees tax disputes are cleared. And government extended the date of this scheme to 31st March 2021.

Process of applying in the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme
For taking advantage of this scheme you have to apply online. For this, you can go to the official website of this scheme issued by the government. (which is given above in this article). You have to fill a declaration form after going to the official website. After 15 days of this income tax department will issue a certificate.

In which the total due amount is given. You have to clear all your dues after 15 days from the issue of the certificate. Then you have to fill the due amount in a form and submit it to the income tax department for informing the department that the due is cleared. After that income tax department will declare that now your all dues are cleared.
