  • Fill OTP, received on mobile number.
  • If you do not have a voter ID card, then check on I don’t have a Voter card in the box of EPIC Number.
  • If your identity card is already made and you want to change it or make any other member in the family, then, check on I have the EPIC Number box and fill the ID card number i.e. fill EPIC Number.
