Haryana Saksham Scheme was started by Haryana Government for unemployed youths of the state. This scheme is an excellent example of when talent meets opportunity. Because through this scheme many talented youths got their opportunity.
Under this scheme, unemployed youths can register themselves and find a job. The state government will provide them unemployment allowance until they find a job.

Eligibility criteria
- The first condition for this scheme is that applicants must be a domicile of Haryana.
- Only unemployed youths can register themselves; those who are already doing a job are not eligible.
- Applicant’s family income must not exceed 3 lakhs per annum.
- The age for registration under this scheme is between 21 to 35 years.
